The Restaurant

Saipan is a contemporary Chinese restaurant serving authentic Chinese cuisine and Dim Sum in a tranquil and stylish environment second to none. The name "Saipan" is derived from an unspoiled paradise island in the Pacific ocean where tourists from every corner of the globe go to relax and enjoy themselves, thus Saipan is the restaurant for people who have a taste for class, good food and wines. If you are in Lagos and you have not been to Saipan, then you "have not arrived yet" as the locals say.

The Main Bar

The Main Bar is suited on the third floor and is well stocked with a wide variety of wines, spirits, beers, minerals, coffee and tea. It has the best selection of over 40 wines from France, Chile, Australia, South Africa and China. The modern furnishings, lightings and decor provide you with an intoxicating and relaxing atmosphere while you enjoy your drink. The main bar also serves a large selection of mouth-watering snacks up to 10.30pm daily.

Sitting Capacity

The main restaurant seats up to 180 people and can be booked for special occasions by arrangement. For intimacy and comfort, the restaurant has two V.I.P. rooms, which can sit between 12 to 50 people.
